Please provide what firearm(s) you are interested in selling, their condition, serial number and any other pertinent information. Please note that all firearms for sale through Dave will be checked against applicable databases to confirm legal ownership.
Firearm Transfers with Dave
Step 1: Purchasing and Shipping
Find & complete your online purchase of your firearm(s), listing David Miersch as your FFL. A copy of my official license is already on file for several popular sites including:

If purchasing from a site that does not have my FFL on copy, please contact me via email and I can provide a formal copy to register for your purchase.
Once purchased, your firearm will ship directly from the vendor/dealer to me as your FFL dealer.
Step 2: Notification and Scheduling
Notify me of your purchase by contacting me using the below "Shoot Me a Message" link. Please include your Name, Number, Purchased Item(s) & Vendor/Dealer along with your availability for pickup and transfer services.
I will notify you upon receipt of your firearm(s) and confirm your appointment to conduct the required firearm(s) transfer.
Transfers generally take 20-30 minutes start to finish however some can run quicker or longer on occasion. The time is often dictated by the speed of completion for the online instant check that must be run.
Step 3: Transfer & Pickup
At your appointment, a instance background check through the Pennsylvania State Police along with other required documentation will be completed. Please be sure to bring a proper state identification to your appointment.
Once everything checks out, you can walk out with your brand new firearm knowing you have abided by all applicable laws and regulations

If you have a particular firearm in mind, I can help locate the best deals and make the process extra smooth and easy for you!

- Any other accessories or add-ons needed
Step 2: Acquisition & Shipping
Once the desired firearm(s) is located, you will be provided best available pricing along with any applicable shipping costs and taxes. Payment must be made prior to shipping of any items and can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check.
You will then be provided with respective shipping confirmations, delivery dates and pickup appointment scheduling.
Firearms purchased can be shipped directly to me or any other FFL dealer. Firearms purchased, shipped, and transferred through me will incur no transfer fees where other dealers will charge the going rates for transfers if shipped to them.
Step 3: Receiving & Transfer
